EU ministers set for fight on Fishing quotas BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) - European Union fisheries ministers are set for a bitter fight Thursday over which fleets will be able to catch dwindling quotas of bluefin tuna and take them to Japanese markets, where they are a high-priced delicacy for sushi. The 15 ministers will also set the 1999 catch quotas for other fish, but rivalry is expected to be at its most bitter when the fate of about $250 million of bluefin tuna, one of the world's most expensive fish, will be served at the negotiating table. Because of years of overfishing, bluefin tuna has become ever rarer and the EU has seen its catch quota decline.
