Hi Andrea
Contact the Women's Network on Health & the Environment at
http://www.web.net/~wnhe
they have a book called "Stop the Whitewash" written by Liz Armstrong which
deals with exactly that issue -- dioxins in tampons.
If you e-mail Fredrica Mintz (you will find a link to her on the web site,
her addy is [EMAIL PROTECTED]) or email me off-line, I will pass your request along.
WNH&E is a feminist org working on the impact of pollution on our health --
especially women's health -- using feminist tools of analysis. You might
find it a valuable contact in general.
hope this helps,
Maureen
