Please read Carl Sagan's "Demon Haunted World" which describes far
more eloquently than I ever could your phnomenom of "ADCs" or
whatever. Basically, what ADCs appear to be are figments of our
imagination. I often hear dead (or even LIVE) relatives speaking to
me in so clear a voice that I turn around, but it is my mind! Our
brains are so much more powerful than we give them credit for. By
attributing such power to an outside force is detrimental to us and to
the Earth. I think that our society's belief in an outside influence
is a major part of why the Earth is so screwed up, environmentally.
