My dictionary didn't have "testeria", but it did have "chauvinism", the
second definition of which i think applies here.

chau0vin0ism (sh2v-nz1m) n.
1. Militant devotion to and glorification of one's country; fanatical
patriotism.
2. Prejudiced belief in the superiority of one's own gender, group, or
kind. -chau2vin0ist n. -chau1vin0is2tic adj. -chau1vin0is2ti0cal0ly adv.

This morning, i heard this guy on the radio actually say, " If god had
wanted women to work outside the home, he would have made them either
smarter or stronger". I said " you'd think their phones would ring off the
hook after saying something like that". and one of the guys i work with
said " yeah, they probly do and that's why they say it" Another guy i work
with said " well, will, you've got to admit that women just aren't as good
at getting things done". I did NOT admit this and spent a while telling
him about how many really smart women and stupid men there are in the
world. So now i'm going to respectfuly remind you about how many really
mean women there are in the world and how many kindhearted men. Its just
like that. We're all mixed up, and all mixed up in this together.

sin ceres,
                will
