Sorry, Joe. I will not log onto that list as a feminist for the same
reason I don't log onto fundamentalist christian lists as an atheist
(although many of my colleagues do). I personally feel empowered
talking to other feminists or atheists rather than trying to argue
with sexists or fundamentalists. Maybe that is wimpy to someone who
has been "on the front lines" but I guess what I am looking for out of
these lists is different than what you are looking for. I am
confronted with subtle (or not so) sexism/theism daily so I seek
refuge in speaking (or listening ) with like-minded folks on line. On
the other hand, I am glad that you are there giving those writers
