I can't figure out how to get off this list

Can someone tell me how to get off of this list?  I would very much 
appreciate it.

I can't believe the moderators of this list are allowing this childish 
and irrelevant discourse between Nicole and Joe Dumbass Dees to 
continue.  They both need to take it to email like adults, and kindly 
leave the rest of us alone.
