NOW, the oldest national organization dedicated to the full equality and empowerment of all women, will work alongside other organizations in the planning and production of the Millenium March which is scheduled for April 30, 2000. NOW's endorsement should lead to a significant involvement for the organization in the Millennium March. The organization's endorsement should be viewed as a first step towards that participation. The addition of NOW's ideas and resources to the MMOW team will help to strengthen growing support around the country. "The Board is honored and excited to welcome NOW as an endorser of the Millenium March.", said Donna Red Wing, National Field Director of the Human Rights Campaign and MMOW Board Member.
