i know this is in response to an old post, but i couldn't help it.  i 
just discovered an amazing web site that deals with this issue.  it's a 
not-for-profit organization that's trying to change the way women are 
portrayed in media.  please check it out.  i can't emphasize enough how 
awesome i think it is.
