The Council on Information for Sustainable Development (CISD) will hold its
1st International Conference on Information for Sustainble Development on or
before the end of November 1995. The Conference will be held in Dallas,
Texas, and the theme of the conference is "Celebrating the Right to Know for
the Less Developed Countries." The organizing committee is working on
details of the conference. However, any one interested in participating or
presenting papers or set up an exhibit is welcome to do so. Please forward
this message to other lists so that it gets wide coverage. For detailed
