A book you might want to refer to for essays on ecofeminist spirituality 
is Carol J. Adams' _Ecofeminism and the Sacred_ (New York: Continuum 
Publishing Co., 1993).  The book is quite comprehensive, up-to-date, and 
contains 20 essays by a wide variety of writers from different religious 
and cultural backgrounds.
