My problem with this is that if I will never take responsibility for men's
learning. It drains me, and is bound to fail anyway. Noone learns anything

Thanks for coming back into the discussion , even though you've been rather
thoroughly fried.
To help you understand what "patronize" means, helping an elderly person is
definition #1 in the American Heritage Dictionary. Definition #3 is: "to
treat in an offensively condescending manner", which is what you did,
intentionally or no.
Any statement that starts with the idea "what you people need to do is..." is
very condescending. Here is another true story:
When I was in undergraduate school, I had numerous discussions with another
Geology student about women, discrimination, sexism etc. Generally he was
sympathetic to the plight of women. But. One day he said to me "You're too
impatient. What you women need to do is <gag>, wait until men like men get
into postitions of power, and we will hire women like you." You can probably
imagine how I wanted to choke him.
Your post was, essentially just like this. You say "what you women need to do
is to learn the communication style of men, then we will listen to you and
hire you."
Its NOT a communication problem. Its a historical hatred and battery of women
problem sanctioned by nearly every government and religion in the world.
Learning to talk like boys will not end this.
