Cove/Mallard Spring Action Training Camp
May 26-31
Come join us at our beautiful base camp for camping, hiking and action
training. Workshops will include field monitoring of timber sales, stream
survey techniques, tracking wildlife, edible and medicinal wild plants and
mushrooms, nonviolence training, tree climbing, civil disobedience
discussion, map and compass, base camp and back country logistics, and video
work for actions and monitoring. Seeds of Peace will provide free food from
the community kitchen. Come for the late night howls around the camp fire,
the company of your favorite wing-nuts and to kick off another summer and fall
of
resistance to logging of the Otter-Wing timber sale.
Come help protect the largest wilderness in the lower 48!
