Ecopsychology Training in Boulder, CO Earth in Mind, A PROFESSIONAL TRAINING ON ECOPSYCHOLOGY, will be held September 8-12, 1999 in Boulder, CO. The training meets from 9:00am to 5:30 pm each day and 9:00 am-1:00 pm on Sunday. There are some partial scholarships for students available. The content includes: Key theories and concepts of ecopsychology, bibliographies, syllabuses, experiential practices and presentations on the following topics: perception,vision and worldview, the ecological self, the transpersonal and spiritual dimensions of ecopsychology, implications for education and activism, the new sciences, sustainable communities, ritual and ceremony, wilderness rites of passage, an earth-based model of human growth and development, consumerism and voluntary simplicity and mindfulness practices.
