BUTTERFLY NOT FREE YET Julia Butterfly Hill might normally be expected to be among the protestors at the World Trade Organization meetings in Seattle - but she has a more pressing engagement. Hill is still up a tree in Humboldt County, Calif. On Dec. 10, she will mark her second anniversary of sitting 180 feet up in a giant redwood - a one- woman protest demonstration intended to keep a logging company from cutting the tree down. Joan Baez and Bonnie Raitt will perform a benefit concert for Hill on Dec. 8 in Redway, Calif.
