Asia-EcoBest promotes European environmental best practices and business in
Asia, operating through the autonomous Singapore-based Regional Institute of
Environmental Technology (RIET). This commercially oriented public company
was set up in 1993, in a combined effort by the European Commission and the
Productivity and Standards Board of Singapore to strengthen international
co-operation in advanced environmental practice.
