ELP is a non-profit organization dedicated to training and supporting a
new
generation of environmental leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds,
disciplines, and sectors. The three-year ELP Fellowship offers unique
networking opportunities, intensive leadership and skills training,
mentoring, project seed money and technical assistance. ELP seeks to
bring
together individuals with approximately 3-10 years environmental
experience
from a broad spectrum of disciplines, professions, sectors, educational
experiences, and cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
