I agree with the purpose of this petition (which, by the way, is not one of
those chain-mail petitions which one should always avoid).  Why not follow
the link and decide if you'd like to sign it, too.  As far as I can tell,
though, this petition does nothing to start an initiative process and it
therefore probably will be ignored.
