Folks,

I'm signed up with the National Narrow Donor Program and get their
publications. I didn't know that cord blood (found in the umbilical cord
& placenta after a baby is born) could be donated for the public. It can
be stored and saved for whomever might need it. (Or individuals may wish
to store theirs for personal use--for that purpose, it costs--at a private
bank.)

Please pass this on & for more info, check NMDP's web site
(www.marrow.org).

Thanks,

Arlene
