Papers on topics as diverse as "greening" congregations, food ethics, ecofeminism, voluntary simplicity, eco-martyrs, landscape, and "sense of place," are welcome. Of special interest this year are papers relating to "Green Cultural Studies" -- that is, investigation and analysis of "nature" in film, literature, art, architecture, music, advertising, etc. Please submit a one-page paper proposal to the section chair at the address below by December 1, 2000.
