Dear members of the ecofeminist list, I am women of indigenous descent from Bolivia. Currently I am writing a book on The Ecology of Sex Differences from an Ecofeminist Perspective. And I found, particularly in the bibliography of feminist political ecology, many attacks of essentialism toward ecofeminists, but sincerely I could not fully grasp the meaning of the essentialism they are referring to. Hence, I would be very thankful if somebody of you can explain briefly where lies the so calles essentialism of ecofeminism , or refer to a good bibliography on this topic.
