Chefs hope to place eco-friendly seafood on nation's menus 

Alarmed at the decline of the world's fishing stocks, the Chefs Collaborative 
hopes to gradually change the way fish are raised and caught. A national 
network of 1,000 restaurateurs that promotes locally grown meat and produce 
is looking to change the way fish, the world's largest source of protein, are 
raised, caught and consumed.
