This course offers a comprehensive introduction to analyzing network data in R.
Participants will gain practical experience with:
Building and exploring network objects
Calculating network-, node-, and edge-level statistics
Detecting and evaluating network clusters
Statistical modeling of network data
Creating clear, insightful visualizations using {tidygraph} and {ggraph}
Who should attend: This course is designed for researchers with a working
knowledge of R and intermediate familiarity with statistical analysis. While
the course leans towards applications in the life sciences, the skills acquired
are easily transferable to other fields.
