ECOSYSTEM ECOLOGIST

Applications are invited to fill a tenure-track position in Kent State's 
Department of Biological Sciences (website: http://www.kent.edu/biology) 
at the level of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR This position is part of an ongoing 
expansion of the faculty in biological sciences. Researchers in all 
areas of ecosystem ecology will be considered, but we are particularly 
interested in applicants who complement the strengths of our ecology 
program. The Department has access to a variety of field sites and 
superb core research facilities and offers competitive startup packages. 
The successful candidate is expected to establish a high-quality, 
extramurally funded research program and exhibit a commitment to 
excellence in graduate and undergraduate education. Applicants must have 
a Ph.D. degree and postdoctoral experience.
