If you can provide some details, I'm sure those on this list can help 
you with the soil problem.  I suspect that you have a 
structure/management problem, but can't address the rather vague 
goals you've stated.  I don't know about the recycling, but there 
must be a better way.  Someone?  Anyone?

Where is the styrofoam coming from?
