My Grandmother recently sent me an email asking me this question: HOW BADLY HAS THE NUTRITIONAL CONTENT OF OUR SOIL CHANGED OVER THE LAST 50 YEARS? (QUALITY) ie NUTRIENTS MINERALS WASTE PRODUCTS MOLD ETC
I replied that I would have to look into it as I only really understand the effect that soil has on fishes via turbidity and I was going to see if anyone could give me some possible answers that I could send her way.
