I am looking for unpublished or otherwise hard to locate studies that
have looked at the effects of grazing (cattle or elk) on riparian
systems and corridors in the Midwest. I am particularly interested in
studies that addressed the plant community response (diversity,
composition, or structure), effects on soils, water quality, or other
aquatic organisms (fish, inverts etc.). Although I am most interested
in Midwestern studies, I would be interested to know of others in the
U.S. that addressed similar issues.

If you are aware of any pertinent studies, I would appreciate hearing
about them.

Thanks.
