Tropical Avian Ecology and Conservation in Bocas del Toro, Panamá. This field course, for graduate students as well as undergraduates, is a three week immersion in tropical birds. It will combine ecological theory with hands-on experience in conservation issues. The course, with students from all over Latin America, will include very different perspectives and experiences and ideas on how to do both, science and conservation.
