I am looking for an alternative electron microscope stain to Uranyl acetate for
viewing viruses inside bacterial cells. Stains which i have tried so far stains
viruses outside the cells(free viruses), but cannot view viruses when they are
inside bacterial cells. If someone has any idea of alternative stain used in
transmission electon microscopy for viewing viruses inside bacterial cells
please let me know. Thanks.
