I would compare sucrose to fructose in your experiment. Some fruits are = exceptionally high in sucrose. Cherries are one of these. Most fruits = have high levels of fructose and some levels of sucrose. Fructose can = be purcased at most grocery stores as diabetics often use it as a = sucrose substitute. Also, FYI when it is used on cutup fresh fruit it = creates a tasty treat over icecream! (better than sucrose!). Tangent, = sorry! :) hehe =20 Malcolm L.
