Irvine Ranch Land Reserve Trust (CA), Field Ecologist - Seeking a creative, motivated, team-oriented ecologist in Orange County, CA. Field-based position responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing ecological activities on open space related to the Trusts management agreement with the City of Irvine, part of the 50,000-acre Irvine Ranch Land Reserve. Includes species and habitat monitoring, exotic species control, habitat restoration, fire and fuels management, review of trail project design, and assisting with field trips and volunteer workdays. Bachelors degree in ecology, natural resources management or similar field and 3-5 years related experience in land management. Masters degree preferred. Excellent salary and benefits. EOE.
