A postdoctoral position involving spatial analysis of precipitation and snow 
accumulation data is 
available, with a starting date as soon as possible.  The project involves 
using a range of 
spatial interpolation techniques and estimating associated uncertainties.  
Minimum qualifications 
include a solid foundation in GIS, statistical methods, and computer 
programming, with a Ph.D. in 
statistics, hydrology, environmental science, ecology, geography, or related
