Hello All,
I am an undergraduate biology major at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU) in
Harrisonburg VA. I am about to start on an independant study in
Herpetology, and as part of this course will be required to handle various
types of herps, including snakes, lizards, turtles, and various amphibians.
It is very important to me that I do this in a way that is safe, both to
the animal and to myself. Would any of you have any suggestions for
learning how to handle herps, any sources I could use, or any places I could
learn? Thanks!
