Hi David,

there’s a few ways of working with this data: The recommendations to look 
at PCord are good ones.  Other alternatives are to google “anosim” – you 
can run this analysis in R, or purchase the software Primer, which is very 
user friendly.  PermMANOVA is available in PCord, but is also available 
free on the ‘net.  Just google it.
