Hi, We have been conducting mark-recapture studies on fire salamanders where the "mark" is the apparently individual-specific color pattern on its dorsal side. As our numbers of individuals increase, looking through albums have become cumbersome. Can anyone put us in touch with specific software to match color patterns of different digital patterns?
