GIS/Modelling Post Doctoral Researcher, Dublin, Republic of Ireland UCD Urban Institute is seeking a GIS/Modelling Researcher of the highest calibre to work with a multi-disciplinary team as part of an EPA-funded research project on the Urban Environment in Dublin, Ireland.
The project is based at UCD Urban Institute and involves a number of schools at UCD, partners in TCD, NUI Maynooth and ERA-Maptec Ltd. as well as collaboration with the European Commission's Joint Research Centre. The aim of the project is to design decision support tools which will enable planners and policy makers to gain a better understanding of the inter-relationships between development, space and the environment and to support decision making at local authority and national levels.
