I work in the field of ecotoxicology and have to offer up UC Davis as a great place for ecotoxicology graduate and undergraduate work. It has had a well established environmental toxicology undergraduate department for years and has one of the best ecology graduate programs in the nation. I was in the ecology graduate group officially, but was able to take graduate coursework in tox related topics and so was able to get the interdisciplinary experience essential to such an interdisciplinary field. My core ecotoxicology course contained ecologists, chemists, and engineers from several different degree programs. If you are posting to this list then I would look into the ecology program with an area of emphasis in ecotoxicology.
