With regard to environmental sciences graduate programs, I'd like to 
advertise Wright State University's interdiscliplinary Environmental 
Sciences PhD Program.  Info can be found here: 
(http://www.wright.edu/academics/envsci/).  This is a broad based 
program with areas of excellence including Environmental Biology - 
Genes, Organisms, and Ecosystems; Environmental Chemistry; and 
Environmental Earth Science.  Of particulary interest to this list is a 
growing strength in Ecology centered in the Department of Biological 
Sciences.  Ecotoxicology is also an important part of the program.  In fact,
the president of the World Council of SETAC, Allen Burton, is 
the chair of our Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences.  I 
serve as associate director of the PhD program and would be happy to
