Melanie, Are you talking about the video about the release of water from Glen Canyon Dam, to recreate spring-time floods? If so, KUAT, the public television station in Tucson, made a video called Grand Canyon Flood - the one with Bob Webb watching equipment he borrowed float away as the water came up.
Google indicated that pbs.org/kuat/grandcanyonflood was still a web page, but KUAT says that that page has been retired. You could try calling KUAT in Tucson, or I could send you my copy (I just taped it when it aired - not the best quality).
