Hello,

I am a PhD student at the Desert Ecology Dept., Ben-Gurion University,
Israel, under the supervision of Prof. Yael Lubin.

I am looking for a post-doc position in Behavioral Ecology and Nutritional
Ecology, starting October 2007.

The topic of my dissertation is "the indirect effect of food quality on
the young via maternal and allomaternal (cooperative breeding) in a social
and subsocial spider species".
This work included 2 field seasons in Namibia in which I studied
cooperative breeding in a social spider and how colony nutrition affects
reproductive skew and cooperative breeding.
Working on the Subsocial spider species in Israel, I studied maternal care
behaviors and the nutritional requirements of females preparing for
reproduction.
