The Department of Biology at Southwestern University is seeking to hire
an adjunct faculty person to teach Evolution in Fall 2007.  Evolution
is an upper-level lecture/laboratory course for 16 biology majors.  The
course is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons:  two lectures
per week on T and Th from 1-2:15 and one laboratory per week on
Thursday from  2:30-5:30.  The instructor for this course would need to
hold office hours for student conferences.  The university will provide
an $8000 stipend for teaching this course to a qualified
teacher/scholar who has earned a Ph.D.   A talented graduate student in
the final stages of completing a Ph.D. dissertation is eligible to
