Dear Attendees of the ESA Annual Meeting: The Theoretical Ecology Section of the ESA will award the Eighth Annual Alfred J. Lotka and Vito Volterra prizes for the best presentations given by students during this year's annual meeting. The award is open to undergraduate and graduate students who, as sole or first author, present a talk or poster at the ESA annual meeting on original research in theoretical ecology.
