Most of the studies I have had recommended to me (on this topic) are somewhat 
simplified, consisting of feeding lethaly poisoned rodents to caged raptors. 
Only the first article (of those listed below) consists of field observations, 
and it contains a single record of raptor poisoning. Additionally, I am aware 
of a single confirmed case of screech owl death due to rodenticide poisoning in 
Central Park, NYC between 2001-2003. 
It does occur, but I don't know whether it occurs frequently enough to be a 
management issue.

The topic is interesting. - I believe that raptors go for live 
animals (i.e. movoing). They are not scavengers. It depends, however, 
wich poisons are involved. A poison can reduce the animal's 
locomotorics and might therefore make it more susceptible to 
predation. (?)

I am not aware of any specific papers dealing with this.
