Charnsmorn,

If you have access to a campus library, many literature databases 
will allow you to create and save a search, and have the results 
delivered to you regularly via email or as an RSS feed. So you only 
have to create the search once, and you can get just the articles you 
want, not necessarily the entire table of contents.
