Another suggestion would be to use Google Reader.  This is a standard rss
aggregator that is based online.  If you have a gmail account than all you
have to do is sign in and start using, if you don't they are free.  I work
in population genetics and conservation biology and every journal I could
think of allows me to subscibe to th
