Is anyone familiar with the double derivative technqiue for UV spectrophotometric analysis of nitrate?
The methods papers I have here show a hump-shaped curve when scanning over the designated 190-250 nm range. What if the shape of curve over that range is bowl-shaped? Does that mean something's wrong? _________________________________________________________________ http://liveearth.msn.com
