What I meant was that bald eagles were being captured in Canada, moved to 
the US and released. I have no idea how much of this went on, but I am happy 
to hear that the US population is once again healthy, strong and free.

Someone recently asked that when replying to a post one should not change 
the subject line. I on the contrary would ask that when people respond to a 
digest they DO change the subject line to something informative. A subject 
like "Re: ECOLOG-L Digest - 31 Aug 2007 to 1 Sep 2007 (#2007-239)" is not 
helpful.
