Aspiring Scientist Traveling Central & South America Fall 07 needs to intern...

Greetings All,
   My name is Devin Wilson and I'm aspiring to be a scientist. I
graduated from the University of Oregon, Eugene OR last year with a B.S.
in Biology: Ecology & Evolution emphasis primarily focusing on Botany. My
biological interests are broad simply because I find so many things
interesting and because I love learning. I have been an intern for the 
Chicago Botanical Garden working with the Bureau of Land Managment for
almost a year and prior to that I was a undergraduate research assitant in
the plant lab on campus. I plan to attend graduate school next fall. 
However this November I will be traveling Central and South America for no
less than 5 months. Besides enjoying the pleasure of vacationing I want to
incorporate opportunities-either volunteer or internships to further my 
learning of science and life skills. I have been allocating hours on the
computer trying to find internships and volunteer opportunities and have
not been too succesful. If anyone can provide me with information or just 
a direction to investigate that will assist me in accomplishing this
desire I would more than appreciate it. Peace. Paz. Pace.
