The Ecological Society is working on getting all of the issues of the
Bulletin of the ESA scanned for archiving on JSTOR, but in the
meantime some classic papers such as this one are relatively
inaccessible unless you are a long-time member of the ESA and kept
your copies of the Bulletin.
Berenbaum, M. R. and R. J. Leskosky. 1992. Life history strategies
and population biology in science fiction films. Bulletin of the
Ecological Society of America 73:236-240.
I've scanned four figures and a table from the paper for use in a
class I'm teaching and am glad to share them (as PowerPoint
slides). They can add a note of humor to a lecture on life
histories. Write me if you'd like copies.
