Dear Colleagues:

I have been using a variety of sensors to track differences in light and temp at varied sites (HOBOS). However, I'm looking for an instanteous PAR type sensor equivalent to the LI-COr 250 A that I borrowed from a colleague this summer.

Does anyone know if this is the best option out there (it has worked fine).. or if there is something more compact/portable yet still accurate and PAR equivalent?

What I'm trying to do is track changes in habitat between parentals and hybrids (or other things for that matter) in areas where I can only be in the field for a day or two at most because of distance.. Something that will measure the habitat variability along a transect for example on a day when light or cloud cover are relatively even.

Thanks much
