The Natural Science Collections Alliance (NSC Alliance) is conducting a survey to gather data about how the economy is or may impact natural science collections. The survey is short (10 questions) and should not require more than 10 minutes to complete. The Survey and additional information are at http://nscalliance.org/?p=87 .
The NSC Alliance would like to gather information from as many natural science collections as possible, not just NSC Alliance members. Natural science collections are broadly defined and include minerals, genetic resources, type culture collections, ice cores, and so forth. The plan is to close the survey on Thursday, 30 October at 12:00 PM eastern. A short report will be issued summarizing the findings.
